Dear Liz's Craft team,

My order arrived safely, many thanks.  The items were exactly what I
wanted, and everything I ordered was in the package.

I am more than satisfied with the service you provided.  The only item I
was unable to use (I am disabled and couldn't get enough force to make the
punch work) was returned and the cost re-imbursed without any problem.

If I need more supplies, you can be sure I would look at LizCraft first.
