Trade Craft Supplies

Liz's Crafts Wholesale Department will supply trade craft materials to genuine retailers, schools and craft clubs.

We will only accept trade orders placed directly via our website.

We can only deliver to addresses with United Kingdom postcodes and excluding the Channel Islands.

To apply for a trade account, please complete the following steps:

  1. Create a Standard Customer Account, or if you already done so, then log in to the account.
  2. On the 'Account Overview' page, choose 'Request Account Upgrade' from the menu.
  3. From the 'Account Type' drop down box, choose 'Wholesale Account'
  4. In the 'Comments / Supporting Information' box, please provide information about your business. Please note we will not consider requests where this information has not been provided.
  5. Submit the form.

We will review your request and get back to you within 2 working days.

If your account is approved you then be able to login and view trade prices.

Hours of Business

Website

Our website is open for business and you can place orders - 24 hours a day / 365 days a year.

We will occasionally close the site to perform essential maintenance tasks, but these occasions are few and of a short duration and are usually planned to take place during the night or early hours of the morning

Offices and Warehouse

Our offices and warehouse are open between 9:00am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday. We do not generally open at weekends.

We are closed on all UK Public / Bank Holidays and usually close for 2 extra days over the Christmas period, although our website remains open throughout.
