Delivery Information

If your order is too big to fit through your letter box and you are not likely to be at home when it is delivered, please consider having it delivered to an alternative address, for example a neighbour, a relative or your work address.

This can be achieved by clicking 'Deliver all items to a different address' at the checkout page or go to 'Your Account' and add an address in 'Delivery Address Book' section. You can add multiple addresses to the Delivery Address Book - these will be presented to you as options at the checkout page.

It is important to request an alternative delivery address at the time when placing your order as we cannot guarantee being able to change it afterwards. If your order has already been despatched by courier, then we can change the delivery address, but this may result in an extra charge.
