If you receive the following message:

There is already a customer account associated with this email address. For help with this, please click on 'Checkout Information' ......

It is likely that you have shopped with us before or you are on our mail list. Either way, a customer account already exists for you and you need to login before paying for your order. 

• If you don't know your password, click the 'receive your password via email' link below, enter your email address and submit. Your password will be emailed to you straight away.
• Use the password to login to your account. You can then change your password to something more memorable by clicking the link on the Account Overview page.
• When logged into your account, please ensure that your billing address and delivery address details are correct by choosing 'Account Profile' and 'Delivery Address Book' on the Account Overview page.
• Click the 'Checkout' link to return to checkout.
• You can return to the Account Overview page at any time by clicking 'Your Account'
