Instructions for PayOffline
Please follow these step by step instructions when using PayOffline.
- From the Checkout page, choose 'Purchase using Payoffline' from Payment Method Selection and click 'continue'
- The next page is a summary of your order - click 'continue' at the bottom of the page.
- The next page is the PayOffline confirmation page - click the 'Confirm Order' button to continue (see fig. 1 below).
- You are now presented with a PayOffline invoice (see fig. 2 below) which contains a barcode. If you can't see the barcode, please allow a few seconds for the image to load, or longer if you have a slow internet connection. If you are using webmail e.g. Google Mail, you may have to configure this accept/download images from PayOffline.
- Print the invoice by clicking the 'Print this invoice' button at the bottom. If you don't have access to a printer, then write down the 13 digit number and the amount to pay.
- Take your printed invoice (or written version) to your nearest Payzone outlet and present the invoice over the counter. If you don't have a printed version, then ask the shopkeeper to manually enter the 13 digit number. Pay the shopkeeper for your order by cash or debit card (credit cards are not accepted) and the shopkeeper will give you a printed receipt for your payment.
- It currently takes approximately 24 hours before we get notification of your payment, after which we will despatch your order.
