Customer Rewards
If you have not placed an order before:
- When you place an online order with us, for every £1 spent (excluding
P&P) 1 x reward point is added to your Customer Account.
- The points are added when payment for your order is confirmed.
- Further points are added when you make subsequent online purchases.
- When you reach 100 points or more in your account, the points are
automatically converted to a discount at a rate of £5 per 100 points and
made available to you at the checkout page You can also check on your
current total by visiting "Your Account" then "Reward Account
Information".
- When a discount is available, you have the choice of using the discount
against the order you are currently placing, or saving it until a later date
- to use the discount, just check the appropriate box on the checkout page.
- When a discount is taken, the equivalent number of points will be
subtracted from your account.
- If the available discount is greater than the value of you order, then
your order will be discounted by 100% (excluding P&P) and the remaining
discount will be returned to your account as points.
- If an order is cancelled or refunded, the appropriate number of points
will be deleted from your account.
If you earned points or coupons on the old website:
- The old system consisted of points, vouchers and discount. We have now
simplified this and cut out the vouchers!
- When we upgraded to or new site, any reward points in your account were
carried across to your account in the new site. Any unused reward coupons
were converted back to points and deposited to your account.
- On the old site, points were converted at the rate of £2.50 per 100
points - we have now doubled this to £5 per 100 points!
