Entering Personal Information

When you enter your personal information, name address etc. either at the checkout or Customer Sign Up page, our site utilises 128 bit SSL encryption and is therfore 100% secure. 

Entering Credit Card Details

We do not handle or store credit card details on our website. When you complete checkout, you are transferred to, depending on the option you have chosen, either Protx or Paypal for payment processing, before being transferred back to our site for final order confirmation. Both Protx and Paypal are highly secure sites.

Privacy Policy

We have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following article describes what information we gather from you and how we use it.

I.P. Address / Cookies

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Your IP address is used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information.

Our system uses cookies to enable us to track information such as what items were added to your shopping cart, are you logged into a customer account etc. These are known as 'session cookies' and are placed on your computer by our server. That is why you are able to add items to your shopping cart today, shut down your computer, revisit our site the following day and the items are still in your shopping cart. Session cookies expire after 3 days.

Personal Information

When you place an order with us or register for a customer account, we record your name, address, telephone number and email address. We may use this information to contact you with regards to an order you have placed or a query you have raised with us. We will also use your email address to send promotional emails from time to time; if you no longer wish to receive emails, please log on to your account to manage the status of your subscriptions. Alternatively you can contact us though our contact page. This also applies if you have registered your email address through our mail list page.

Further use of Information

Other than for the reasons stated above, we will not use your information in any way whatsoever and will not divulge your information to anyone outside of our company.

Returns Policy

Faulty or Wrong Goods Received

If you have received goods which are faulty, damaged or we have sent you the wrong items, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone or email.

We will replace or refund the damaged, faulty or wrong items. We may or may not ask you to return these items, but if we do, we will refund the cost of your return postage; in this case, replacements will be despatched on receipt of the returned items.

Wrong Quantity Received.

Please let us know in a timely manner if the quantity received does not match your order and the delivery note / invoice. If the quantity is less, then we will immediately send the balance or make a refund if no more stock is available. If we have sent too many then we thank you in advance for your honesty; if we ask you to return the surplus items, we will refund your return postage on receipt of the items.

Change of Heart

If for any reason you change your mind and do not wish to keep an item, as long as the item has not been used and is in its original packaging, you can return it and we will refund the original price you paid for the item. We do not impose a time limit for returns but if it is 12 months or longer, we will require proof of purchase. In this case we will not refund the original postage or the return postage.
