Address / Cookies We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Session cookies expire after 3 days. Personal Information When you place an order with us or register for a customer account, we record your name, address, telephone number and email address. We may use this information to contact you with regards to an order you have placed or a query you have raised with us. We will also use your email address to send promotional emails from time to time; if you no longer wish to receive emails, please log on to your account to manage the status of your subscriptions. Faulty or Wrong Goods Received If you have received goods which are faulty, damaged or we have sent you the wrong items, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone or email. We will replace or refund the damaged, faulty or wrong items. We may or may not ask you to return these items, but if we do, we will refund the cost of your return postage; in this case, replacements will be despatched on receipt of the returned items. Wrong Quantity Received. Please let us know in a timely manner if the quantity received does not match your order and the delivery note / invoice. If the quantity is less, then we will immediately send the balance or make a refund if no more stock is available. If we have sent too many then we thank you in advance for your honesty; if we ask you to return the surplus items, we will refund your return postage on receipt of the items. Change of Heart If for any reason you change your mind and do not wish to keep an item, as long as the item has not been used and is in its original packaging, you can return it and we will refund the original price you paid for the item. We do not impose a time limit for returns but if it is 12 months or longer, we will require proof of purchase. In this case we will not refund the original postage or the return postage. Customer Reward PointsEach time you make a purchase at Liz's Crafts, you are rewarded with 1 point for every pound that you spend. When you have accumulated a certain amount of points, these will be converted to a discount and offered to you at the checkout page; you may then take the discount against the order you are currently placing, or save the discount to be put towards payment of a future order.
